This is the spinner only part ONLY.
Price is per spinner.
The top disk is a 30mm target and the bottom is a 40mm. an 8mm hole is on the setion between these two disk with the positioning of the hole so the spinner will stop in the vertical position, the 40mm target at the bottom.
It will be twisted and painted unless specifically requested not to, these can be supplied flat and unpainted if you wish.
